Denise Ryan Quinn, age 85, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on June 26, 2015. Denise was known to all of her family as "Ma".

and although it was scaled back - the family knew Thomas was there in spirit.

Denise and Thomas raised 4 children, Thomas (Judy), Andrew (Carol), Carroll (Lori) and Denise Tom). They moved multiple times due to Thomas's career. Ma was a full time wife and mother. She volunteered in the local hospital wherever the family was living and worked very briefly as a real estate agent.

She loved traveling with her husband and together they visited many countries. She enjoyed her 13 grandchildren and was a proud great-grandmother of 9.

She was very active socially, played bridge and loved to eat out. She was a scotch drinker who only drank Famous Grouse. Ma was an excellent representative for the company that makes it!

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass Tuesday, June 30, 2015 11:00 AM at The Episcopal Academy Chapel, 1785 Bishop White Drive, Newtown Square, PA. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
