Dominick "Dom" J. Tropeano, age 90, passed away on March 16, 2017. Born in New York, to the late Giusseppe and Annunziata (nee Bulzomi) Tropeano.
Dom was a huge Yankee fan, went to games with his father, and even tried out. He loved working on fixing things and always had a project going. He loved his dogs, and treated them as children. He enjoyed smoking his cigar while walking his dog. He saved everything, and never threw anything away, because you may need it someday. His favorite meal was a hotdog with sauerkraut and beans. He played "Happy Birthday" for everyone on their birthday on his harmonica.
Dominick was predeceased by his beloved wife Martha (nee Saladino) Tropeano and his sister Victoria Tropeano. He is survived by his loving children, Nancy (Bob) Petersen and Joseph (Margaret) Tropeano; and his caring grandchildren Christopher and Brian Petersen and Connor, Thomas, and Joseph Tropeano, whom he was very proud of.
