Don M. Meredith, age 85, of Ridley Park, PA, formerly of Prospect Park, PA, passed away on July 19, 2018.
Born in Chester, PA, he was the son of the late John M. and Verna Meredith (nee Smith).
Don served in the United States Navy on the USS 510 Eaton during the Korean War era.
He was employed as a driver in Sales and also was employed as a school bus driver with the Ridley School District.
Don was predeceased by his beloved wife, Lois Meredith (nee Higgins).
He is survived by his loving children Don S. Meredith (Beverly) and Sharon A. Neigh (Matthew), his siblings Barbara Greco, Joyce Frame (Tom), Jerry Meredith and Robert Meredith (Adele), his sister-in-law Doris Schmidt, his 5 grandchildren Don, Stephen, Bryan, Jonathan and Christopher and his 2 great-grandchildren Bryan and Julia.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday, July 25, 2018 11:00 AM-12:30 PM at the Drexel Hill United Methodist Church, 600 Burmont Road, Drexel Hill, PA and to his Funeral Service at 12:30 PM.
Interment Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Broomall, PA.
