Known among her friends and family as a warrior and a baby whisperer, she had the rare ability to bring comfort to those around her, imbuing each moment with her genuine tenderness.
The joy of countless trips to the Island of Jamaica made this tropical Island Donna and Dan’s home-away-from home. They made countless lasting relationships with people from the States, Canada and as far away as Europe. The look of intrinsic happiness on Donna’s face brought such joy to Dan’s heart assuring him that that there was no other place on the earth they would rather be.
Donna loved shopping and most times jewelry was on the list! The beautiful pallet of colors that sparkled from her various gemstones were only matched by the beautiful color her husband saw whenever he gazed into her eyes. Donna also enjoyed watching true crime documentaries, listening to various genres of music, including classic rock and of course, reggae.
Donna reveled in the simple joys of life, creating beautiful memories spent with her husband, relishing their time together whether through spur-of-the-moment activities or peaceful evenings at home. Their travels also took them to sunny Boynton Beach, Florida, where laughter and sunshine intertwined harmoniously with the company of family. Furthermore, the sparkle of joy lit her eyes during day trips to the Jersey Shore. They could also be found from time to time enjoying wonderful meals at their favorite restaurant, Limoncello.
Donna loved the magic of Christmas with its festive cheer, and always enjoyed the exhilarating experience of sailing on a Hobie Cat. She also derived immense pleasure from something as simple as enjoying an ice cream float while watching TV snuggled up next to her one and only. Dining out became a cherished tradition, each meal punctuated with shared laughter and heartfelt conversations.
