Doris B. Woodside, age 98, of Broomall, PA, passed away on February 11, 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Montgomery and Edna Woodside (nee Brown).
Doris was a 1938 graduate of Philadelphia High School for Girls and a 1941 graduate of Spring Garden Institute in Philadelphia.
Doris worked as a sewing teacher from 1942 through 1956; worked at Fidelity Bank from 1956-1983 as a data entry operator and also worked at the Haverford Library from 1990 until January, 2001.
In addition to her parents, Doris was predeceased by her brother, John Montgomery Woodside, Jr. and her nephews, Joseph Woodside and Michael Woodside.
She is survived by her nephew, Paul Montgomery Woodside and her nieces, Kathleen Ann Young and Susan Marie LeMay.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 10:30 AM at The Presbyterian Church of Llanerch, 211 Lansdowne Avenue, Havertown, PA.
Interment private.
