Dorothy Ruth Hall

Mrs. Dorothy Ruth Hall (nee Fuller), age 89, of Morton, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, September 22, 2024, at her residence.

She was born December 12, 1934, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Abbott and Hannah Fuller.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Hall, her son, Thomas M. Hall, and three of her daughters, Diane McKnew, Patricia Colgan, and Susan Hall-West, and her great grandchild, Robert (Robbie) Meindl.

Dorothy was also known as “Momma Hall” to so many who loved and cared for her for many years.

She loved her family and spending time with them, enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, watching Hallmark movies, her garden, crocheting and was an avid reader.

Dorothy is survived by three daughters, Janice Meindl (Joe) of Tucson, Arizona, Dorothy Johnston (Bob) of Secane, Pennsylvania, and Joan Hall of Morton, Pennsylvania, and a sister, Patricia Kruhm, of York, Pennsylvania. She has many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She leaves many family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral service will be held at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Ave, Morton, Pennsylvania, on Friday, September 27, 2024, 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania.

Friends may visit from 9:30-11:00 AM on Friday, September 27, 2024 at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Ave, Morton, Pennsylvania.
