Dorothy E. Loughran (nee Zecca), age 91, passed away on January 18, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Gustav and Amelia Zecca. Beloved wife of the late Joseph C. Loughran. Dear mother of Deborah Loughran and Denise Harriman (Barry).
