Dorothy Marie Mailki, 72, passed away at Golden Living Community in Phoenixville, PA on July 31, 2016, where she had been a resident since 2013.
Born in Tarentum , PA Allegheny County, she was the daughter of the late Catherine Radvan Mailki and Alexander Mailki.
She resided in Lucesco, Westmoreland County Leechburg, PA until 2013. She attended St. Mary's Catholic School in Freeport, PA and Kiski Area High School. She was a lifelong parishioner of St. Mary Mother of God Parish in Freeport, PA.
Dorothy worked in food service for several restaurants and McDonalds. She enjoyed planting and nurturing flowers and she loved her cat companions.
Dorothy is survived by her brother Edward Mailki, sister-in-law Judith Mailki, niece Pamela Johnson of Downingtown, PA and nephew Mark Mailki of Lititz, PA. Also, her grandniece Kathryn Johnson, grandnephews Timothy Johnson and Benjamin Johnson of Downingtown, PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Friday, August 5, 2016 at St. Joseph Parish, 460 Manor Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335 followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at a later date in St. Mary Mother of God Parish Cemetery in Freeport, PA.
