Dorothy J. Rafferty (nee McLaughlin), age 92, of Havertown, PA, formerly of Broomall, PA, passed away on January 23, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Margaret (nee Heegard) McLaughlin.
Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late Frank J. Rafferty; the loving mother of Debbie Omlor (Bill) and Frank Rafferty (Pat); the devoted grandmother of Megan McCollum (Tom), Patrick Rafferty (Dana), Shannon Bozanic (Andy), Sean Rafferty, and Molly Rafferty; and the dear great-grandmother of Colin, Braden, Quinn, Cody, and Mollie.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Monday, January 29, 2018, 10:00 - 11:45 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, 610-353-6300, followed by her Funeral Mass at 12:30 PM at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory to Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, PA 19063 or to St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008, would be appreciated.
