Edith M. Cannon (nee McGinty), age 93, of Newtown Square, PA, passed away on September 19, 2013. Born in Philadelphia to the late William F. and Catherine (nee Moore) McGinty she was the beloved wife of the late John F. Cannon who passed away in 1981. Edith is survived be her loving children Virginia "Ginnie" Gillin (the late Joseph) of Springfield, PA and John Cannon (Joan) of Havertown, PA, she is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, her 6 great-grandchildren, her niece Katie McGinty and nephew Michael McGinty. Edith is pre-deceased by her brother William McGinty (Rosemary).
