Edna C. Talbot (nee Sorensen), 89, of Allison Park, PA passed away on September 6, 2018.
Born in Wilmington, DE in 1929, she was the daughter of the late Walter A. and Edna (Montgomery) Sorensen.
Edna was the beloved wife of the late Wendell E. Talbot; the loving mother of Mr. Chris Talbot, Mr. James Hyde, Ms. Melissa Libby, Ms. Nan DuBois, and Ms. Kate Scarano; devoted grandmother of eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Early in her professional life she worked for E.I. DuPont as an Administrative Assistant. Edna was an avid collector who enjoyed antiques and visiting flea markets. She was an animal lover and donated to causes for animal rights.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing 10:00-11:00 AM Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335, 610-269-3080 followed by her Funeral Service 11:00 AM. Interment Birmingham Lafayette.
