Edward M. "Eddie" Donovan, age 56, of Wynnewood, PA passed away on July 20, 2015.
Eddie was born in Somerville, MA to the late Edward B. and Margaret (nee Scannell) Donovan. He loved his fiancé Gail "Spucky" and his family, friends and sports.
Eddie is survived by his beloved fiancé Gail Piasecki, his children Carly Duffy and Ryan Donovan, his siblings Ann Caddigan, Alice Donovan, Mary Elizabeth Donovan, Joan Malkoon (Joe), Robert Donovan and Kevin Donovan. He is also survived by his nieces Nicole Borhot and Kerry Banks, several grandnieces and one great-grandnephew. In addition to his parents, Eddie was pre-deceased by his sister Peggy Donovan.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Monday, July 27, 2015 from 6:00-7:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082 (610) 449-0300, followed by his Memorial Service at 7:00 PM. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Eddie's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
