Edward H. Hurwitz, 64, of Drexel Hill, passed away on June 2, 2015.
Born in 1951 in Philadelphia, he was the son of Gertrude Hurwitz (nee Blumberg) and the late Morton Hurwitz.
Edward was the devoted father of William C. Hurwitz, Laurie A. Hurwitz, and Donna D. Freas; the loving Pop Pop of Alyssa Hurwitz, Pamela Hurwitz, Haelle Hurwitz, Nicholas Campson, Sean Patrick Freas, and Ryan Freas; and the dear brother of Ann Winegardner.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester, Upper Darby, PA 19082, (610)449-0300, immediately followed by his Funeral Service at 10:30 AM. Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Greater Philadelphia Autism Society, 1036 Nash Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446, (610)358-5256, would be greatly appreciated.
