Edward McLauglin

Edward J. McLaughlin, age 85, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on April 9, 2014. Born in Pottsville, PA, he was the son of the late Bernard and Mary McLaughlin (nee Gibbons). Edward served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He received in Bachelor's Degree in Business from St. Joseph University. He was employed as the Human Resource Director at St. Agnes Hospital in Philadelphia. He retired in1992.



Edward is survived by his children Blaise (Gemma) McLaughlin, M.D. and Paula F. Bellenzeni, his grandchildren David, Nicky, Alexa, Esme and Charlotte and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Donna F. McLaughlin (nee Proska), and his siblings Jack, Bernard and Mary Staudenmeirer.



Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Saturday, April 12, 2014 10:00-10:50 AM St. Eugene Church, 200 S. Oak Avenue, Primos, PA followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment is private.



In lieu of flowers, contributions in Edward's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
