Edwin Jankiewicz

Edwin J. Jankiewicz, age 97, of Lancaster, PA, formerly of Havertown, PA, passed away on October 9, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Ignacy and Marya Jankiewicz (nee Ramzinski). Mr. Jankiewicz was a 1939 graduate of Drexel Institute of Technology. He was employed as an aeronautical engineer in Philadelphia and Warminster, PA.



Edwin is survived by his children Robert (Martha) Jankiewicz and Carole (William) Sherlock. Also survived by his 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and his brother Henry Jankiewicz. He was predeceased by his wife Sophia Jankiewicz (nee Rakowski) and his brothers Carl and Theodore.



Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday, October 16, 2013 9:30-10:20 AM Sacred Heart Church, Manoa and Shelbourne Roads, Havertown followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
