Eileen S. Bredin Murphy Mount, 88, of Secane, PA, died February 11 at her daughter Nancy's home in the Primos section of Upper Darby, Pa.
She was married for 55 years to the late John S. Mount who passed away in 2008.
Eileen was born in Philadelphia to the late John and Mary Theresa Bredin Murphy.
She lived in East Lansdowne for 30 years before moving to Secane.
Eileen graduated from West Catholic High School for Girls in 1949.
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends as well as sewing, crocheting, quilting, and embroidering.
Eileen also loved spending winters in Melbourne Beach, FL.
She was the sister of the late John Murphy and Edward Murphy.
Survivors:
Children Theresa (John) McCoy, Regina (George) Johnson, Eileen (Frank) Costa, Christine (John) White, Nancy Mount, John (Janet) Mount, Gregory (April) Mount, 19 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Service: Monday, February 18, 2019 10:30 am, St. Eugene Church, 200 S. Oak Avenue, Primos, PA.
Visitation: 5-7 pm Sunday night, February 17, 2019 The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA and 9:30-10:20 am, Monday morning, February 18, 2019 at St. Eugene Church.
