Elaine Drames

Elaine L Drames (nee Duffy), age 81, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on October 4, 2021.  Born in Philadelphia, PA, Elaine was the daughter of the late Edward A. and Pearl Duffy (nee Peterson).

Elaine was a 1958 graduate of Little Flower High School in Philadelphia.  She had been employed as an Administrative Assistant for Aker Philadelphia Shipyard.

Elaine was predeceased by her husband, Roy P. Drames.   She is survived by her children Elana Ruggieri (Michael), Roy Drames (Eileen), Gregg Drames, Brian Drames (Ilona) and Kristen Drames.  Grandmother of Matthew, Devan, Allyson, Grace, Ryan, Nathan and Skylar.   Sister of the late Edward Duffy.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 9:30-10:20 AM at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Road, Media, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.  Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Elaine’s memory to the Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, PA 19063 would be appreciated.
