Elizabeth Wozniak

Elizabeth M. “Bette” Wozniak, (nee Smith), age 83, of Newtown Square, PA, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2019.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Elizabeth (nee Barnes) Smith.

Bette was an avid cook who also loved gardening.  She especially enjoyed watching the Phillies and Eagles, reading a good book and playing the slots at the casinos.  Her most treasured time was time spent with her family, especially with her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bette was the beloved wife of John E. Wozniak; the loving mother of Jacquelyn Marcelli, Deb Hudman, Mike Wozniak (Laura) and Beth Wozniak; the devoted grandmother of Danielle, Ashley, Randi (Jay), Jamie, Jocey (Mark), Mike, Jake and Cole.  She was the dear great-grandmother of Peyton, Tessa and Skyler.  Bette is survived by her sister, Pat Sherlock and is predeceased by her sister, Peggy Murphy.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Friday, August 23, 2019, 10:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA  19073, followed by her Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM.  Interment private.
