Ernest Munns, Jr.

Ernest A. "Ernie" Munns, Jr., age 59, of Clifton Heights, PA, passed away suddenly on November 10, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Ernest A. Munns, Sr. and Elizabeth B. Munns (nee Woolslager).
Ernie was a lifetime resident of Clifton Heights. He was a graduate of Upper Darby High School and Rutgers University. He enjoyed fishing, fantasy football, lawn care, stock trading and just spending time with his son, "Moe".
He started his career as a technician with RCA in Camden, NJ. While going to Rutgers University Night School, Ernie excelled in computer science and proudly accepted entry into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. His achievements enabled him to transition from technician to software engineer with RCA as it evolved from RCA into L3 Communications. He retired in 2012 after 35 years of employment.
Ernie is survived by his loving son, Ernest A. "Moe" Munns, III, his brothers Timothy Munns (Nancy) and Richard Munns (Susan) and many nieces and nephews.
