Eugene David Callaghan (54) of Drexel Hill, Pa died suddenly Friday March 17th at home.
Son of the late Catherine T. Callaghan and Eugene D. Callaghan. Beloved husband of Kathleen (Jaster) Callaghan. Loving father of Colin, Kaitlin, Kelsey, and Connor. Brother of Theresa Small (d. Paul), Julia Bonhage (Robert), and the late Rosemary Callaghan. Loving uncle, Great uncle, brother-in-law, and friend.
Gene was employed as a district manager and employee for Pet Valu, USA for over 5 years. Gene considered his co-workers to be his second family and loved them as such. Besides his love of family, Gene enjoyed training for races, doodling, singing way too loud in the shower, perfecting his many accents and his incessant dad jokes.
Relatives and Friends are invited to visit Wednesday Evening 6:00-9:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082. Services on Thursday are Private.
