Floretta McNevin

Floretta E. "Mickey" McNevin, age 91, of Ridley Park, PA passed on August 2, 2017. Floretta was a graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School. She loved going to the Casinos, visiting with friends, and her beloved Phillies. Floretta was the beloved sister of the late John Leo McNevin, Jr., and the late Arthur McNevin; loving aunt of Margaret Zordan (the late Larry) and the late Jay McNevin (Mary Lou),; and devoted great aunt of Jennifer Menges (Jon) and family, Debbie Collins (Jason) and family, and Matthew McNevin (his partner Colleen Prior). She is also survived by several cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents John and Laura (nee Greenleaf) McNevin. Relatives and friends are invited to her Calling Hours on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 9:00-10:30 AM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Madeline Church, 110 Park St, Ridley Park, PA 19078. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Floretta's memory can be made to Little Flower Catholic High School, 1000 W Lycoming St, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
