Frances Casper

Frances Rose Casper (nee Ciccotello), 77, of Albrightsville, PA, formerly of Delaware County, PA, passed away December 3, 2019.

Born September 9, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Angelina (nee Mustico) Ciccotello.

Frances was full of life and enjoyed baking, talking on the phone, watching her crime shows, gardening, reading, and traveling, especially to Madeira Beach, FL. She was an avid football and Payton Manning fan, and kept a copybook of statistics.

She was the beloved wife of almost 60 years of Stephen Peter Casper; loving mother of Frances O'Neill (Christopher), Diane De Angelis (Steven), and Susan Casper (Arthur Minissa); adoring grandmother of Steven De Angelis (Jessica), Keith De Angelis (Alex), Nina De Angelis, and Maya De Angelis; dear sister of Josephine Ingeno, Rosemarie Ciccotello, and Marianne Gentile (Chuck); and honorary mother of  Regina Pollock (Kevin) and Nancy Holland.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, 9:15 AM to 10:20 AM, Monday December 9, 2019 at Ss Peter and Paul Church, 1325 Boot Rd, West Chester, PA 19380, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will be private.
