Francis "Frank" Patrick Ibbotson

Francis Patrick “Frank” Ibbotson, 80, of Norristown, PA passed away peacefully on January 26, 2023. He was predeceased by his parents Harvey & Lillian Ibbotson and his brothers Albert, Peter, Bernard, Thomas, John, James & Robert Ibbotson.

Frank graduated from St. John Newman High School and was previously employed by the Philadelphia Navy Yard. He loved golfing, all Phila sports teams and especially loved his family and spending time with them. Frank leaves behind a lifetime of wonderful memories filled with so much love and laughter. A quiet champion that supported his family in all that they did. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife Theresa Ibbotson (nee Martellacci), his loving children Michelle Merschbach & Patrick Ibbotson, his adoring grandchildren Wyatt & Jackson Merschbach & Zachary & Sarah Ibbotson and his caring sisters Lillian Caparca & Mary Theresa Pearse.

Family and friends are invited to his Visitation on Saturday February 4, 2023 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 2130 Franklin Ave. Morton, PA 19070 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM followed by his 11:00 AM Funeral Mass. Int: SS Peter & Paul Cemetery
