Francis Frayne

Francis E. Frayne, age 87, of Havertown, PA, passed away on October 2, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret Frayne (nee Haggerty). He was a 1944 graduate of West Catholic High School for Boys in Philadelphia. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Francis was employed at Conrail for 42 years as a manager. He retired in 1987.



He is survived by his children Kevin F. (Janice), Patrick (Denise), Michael, Daniel (Sandy) and Maryann (Don) Hennig, his 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Josephine M. (nee McLaughlin) in June, 2013 and his brother Joseph Frayne.



Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Tuesday, October 8, 2013 9:00-10:20 AM Annunciation BVM Church, 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.



In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to Annunciation BVM Church at the above address would be appreciated.
