Francis M. "Frank" Haggerty, Jr., age 65, of Delray, FL and Parker, CO, formerly of Broomall, PA passed away on October 27, 2013. Husband of Viveca Verhagen. Dear father of Alexis Haggerty. Brother of Marie Haggerty, Jere Haggerty (Peggy), Kathy Capriotti (Tony), Bill Haggerty (Eileen) and Jack Haggerty. Also survived by his nieces and nephews.
