Francis P. Kane

Francis “Frank” P. Kane passed away on December 27, 2024. Surrounded by his loved ones. A family man and passionate sports enthusiate. Frank was a devoted Notre Dame football fan, a passion he passed down to his children and grandchildren. As a dedicated Eagles season ticket holder in the famed "Section 701" he enjoyed his Sunday's at The Vet.. He was also an avid Phillies fan. When he wasn't working he enjoyed time at the shore.

Born September 22,1961 at Fitzgerald Mercy in Darby, PA to the late Francis and Mary F. (nee Feeney) Kane.

Frank attended St. Laurence grade school and graduated Monsignor Bonner '79. He went on to work professionally for the Teamsters Local 312, Chester, PA and concluded his working life at Septa.

Frank is survived by his loving wife Sara “Sally” (nee Murray) Kane; Children, Frankie Kane (Holly), Danny Kane (Shannon), and Jill Kane (Mike); and his pride and joy his 8 Grandsons Aidan, Danny, Frankie, Connor, Tommy, Bobby, Auggie, and Eddie; Siblings, Mary Beth McGowan (John), Tony Kane (late Maryann), and Rita Salmon (Chris) and many neices and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to Frank’s visitation on Saturday, January 4, 2024 at St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM followed by his funeral mass at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
