Francis J. Stroup, Jr.

Francis J. “Fran” Stroup, Jr., age 68, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on July 11, 2022.

Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1954, he was the son of the late Francis and Helen (nee Gallagher) Stroup.

Francis was the beloved husband of Holly (nee Spagna) Stroup; loving father of Jessica Stroup and Jenna Stroup (Philip Perrone); caring grandfather of Gianna; dear brother of Linda Kennedy (Phillip) and Patricia Stroup; also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews.

Francis enjoyed golfing and watching the Philadelphia Phillies. He loved visiting the mountains in Jim Thorpe, PA and going to the beach in Ocean City, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00 AM-11:45 AM Saturday, July 16, 2022 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, 610-449-0300, followed by his Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Interment private.
