Frank Garaguso, Jr.

Frank J. Garaguso, Jr., 73, of Swedesboro, NJ, formerly of Haddon Heights, NJ and Wallingford, PA passed away January 28, 2021.

Born January 1, 1948 in Camden, NJ, he was the son of the late Frank J. Sr., and Marion (nee Davies) Garaguso.

Frank was a business owner who helped take over Merrell & Garaguso, Inc. in the early eighties from his father. He helped grow M&G into the company it is today. During his time, M&G has branched out from concrete work to include several historical renovations and work at various universities and colleges and religious institutions.

Frank was an avid boater and golfer. He was a longtime member at Llanerch Country Club in Havertown, PA. and Shadow Wood Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL. In 1991 Frank purchased his greatest passion, his boat. He took his 1982 Grand Banks all over the east coast spending summers down in Avalon, NJ and the remainder of the year in Maryland. He was a member of Commodore Bay Yacht Club and Skipjack Cove Yachting Resort. He also took the boat on several trips up and down the east coast with favorite stops at Annapolis, Key West, Ft. Lauderdale, and the boats temporary home on the west coast of Florida.

Frank was the beloved husband of Teresa Anne (nee Colgan) Garaguso; loving father of Michael F. Garaguso (Lauren Alessi); and brother of Patricia Poole. He was predeceased by his brother, Robert Garaguso.

Relatives and Friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Nativity BVM Church, 30 E Franklin St, Media, PA 19063, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Seating at Mass is limited due to Covid-19  social distancing. Interment Ss Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
