Born in Philadelphia, in 1945, Frank was the son of Alda Finoli and Frank J. Moffa, II, both deceased.
Frank served honorably in the U.S. Army and most recently retired from The John Wood Company, a Division of Alco Industries, where he served as President.
Frank was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed fly fishing, photography, shooting sports, woodworking, and spending time on nature walks.
He was the loving husband of Patricia (nee Quinn) Moffa; loving father of Frank J. Moffa, IV (Melissa) of Royersford, PA; loving grandpa of Joseph, Nicholas and Sarah; dear brother of Geraldine Vogelsberg (Karl) and dear uncle of 2 nieces.
