Frederick C. Nucifora, Sr.

Frederick C. Nucifora, Sr., 78, of West Chester, PA, passed away September 24, 2022.

Born February 2, 1944 in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late Pasquale A. and Rose (nee Nuciforo) Nucifora.

He grew up in South Philly and attended Southern High School.  

Freddy enjoyed painting and drawing.  He loved working outside in his garden and was proud of his work.  Family was important to him and he enjoyed being with his three grandsons.

Freddy was a 4th Degree Knight and member of the Knights of Columbus Mater Dei Council 4129, Newtown Square, PA.

Frederick was the beloved husband of Jeanette M. (nee Saldutti) Nucifora for 57 years; loving father of Frederick Nucifora Jr. (Leslie) and Heather Grabowski (the late Michael Sr.); adoring PopPop of Michael Grabowski Jr., Frederick Nucifora III and Alexander Nucifora.   He was predeceased by his brothers: Salvatore and Dennis.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Ss. Simon and Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct., West Chester, PA 19382, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM. Interment Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
