Geoffrey Blaine

Geoffrey "Bone" Blaine, age 40, of West Chester, PA, formerly of Prospect Park, PA, passed away on December 2, 2024.

Born in Media, PA in 1984, Geoffrey Blaine was the beloved son of Lauretta (nee Stone) Blaine and Michael Blaine (Deborah). He was the adoring husband of Teri (nee Gommer) Blaine, with whom he shared 8 wonderful years of marriage. Geoffrey was a loving father to his children: Kaylee Mae Blaine (10), Geoffrey David Blaine (5), Mason Richard Blaine (3 months), and the late David Miller Jr. He was also the dear brother and best friend of Michael Blaine. Geoffrey is survived by his Uncles Ralph Stone (Loree), Robert Stone, and Ronald Stone (Lisa), as well as cousins (BCFL) Danielle Michel, Christopher Stone, Brittany Taylor, Ryan Stone, and Alex Stone. His lifelong best friends, Derrick Clemens and Mike (aka Peet) Manuel, were an important part of his life, along with the ‘32’crowd Geoff’s beloved dogs, Ringo and Belle rounded out his family. He was predeceased by his loving Mom-Mom (Doris Stone) and Pop-Pop (Ralph Stone), Uncle Richard Stone, cousin Catelyn Stone, and his cherished Aunt Shine.

Geoffrey was a talented Plumbing Technician who excelled in his field. He was a passionate fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, and could always be found with his family on Sundays during football season. Recently, Geoffrey developed a love for golf and enjoyed deep-sea fishing. He was also a musician, playing bass and drums in the garage band Mister Monster, which included his brother Mike and his lifelong friend Matt Goldsborough.

More than anything, Geoffrey was the ultimate family man. His family was the center of his world, and nothing was more important to him than the love and joy he shared with them. Geoffrey’s sweet and caring personality, his love for life, and his hilarious sense of humor touched the hearts of all who knew him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, December 9, 2024, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, 610-353-6300, followed by his Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Interment will be private. 

Please wear your best Eagles and Phillies gear, as that’s how Geoff would have wanted it.
