Born in Chester, PA in 1934, he was the son of the late Madeline (Leary) and Harry Feeney. George was a graduate of St. James High School and attended Widener University. He worked as a computer sales manager with Boeing Computer Services in Philadelphia. He was an avid golfer and member of Penn Oaks Golf Club. He was also a phaithful Phillies fan.
Beloved husband of Jean D. (Desmond) Feeney; dear father of Christine A. (Armin) Vaihinger, George J. Feeney, Jr., Timothy J. (Eileen) Feeney, Mary J. (Stephen) Mammino, Jane (John) Mensack, Joanne R. (Robert) Adams, Donna J. (Anthony) Celentano; brother of Nancy Hughes and Joanne Linder; also survived by 19 loving grandchildren.
