Georgetta F. "Georgie" McAleer (nee Pastor), 86, of San Diego, CA and formerly of Hershey's Mill and longtime resident of Drexel Park, PA passed away on June 7, 2017.
Georgie was the beloved wife for 59 years of the late David J. McAleer, M.D.; loving mother of David P. McAleer (Mary) of Honolulu, HI, Michael J. McAleer (Elaine) of Muncy, PA, Irene M. McAleer, M.D. of Newport Beach, CA, Kathie McAleer Wagner (Rick) of San Diego, CA, John T. McAleer of Los Angeles, CA, Mary Frances McAleer, M.D. (David Hoffman) of Houston, TX and dear grandmother of Shannon McAleer, Kelley McAleer, Erin McAleer, Joseph Pigman, Robert Pigman, Cara Pigman, Megan Wagner, David John ("DJ") Hoffman, Hannah Hoffman and great-grandmother of Braydon Bergey, Serenity Hummel, Arianna Hummel, McKenna Rose Kepner.
She was preceded in death by her parents George L. and Frances K. Pastor, and by her grandson Michael J. McAleer, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:00 AM, Tuesday, June 27, 2017 followed by her Funeral Mass 10:00 AM at St. John Neumann Church, 380 Highland Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
