Geraldine L. "Geri" Fox (nee Votta), age 70, of West Chester, PA, passed away on July 7, 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1948, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Loretta (nee Dillon) Votta.
Geri was a graduate of Delaware County Community College where she received a degree in Business Administration in 1996. She worked as a fitness instructor at several senior communities.
As an animal lover, Geri was a member of the Brandywine Valley SPCA. She had an appreciation for art and enjoyed visiting the Barnes Foundation and the paintings of Andrew Wyeth at the Brandywine River Museum. Geri was an avid walker at Ridley Creek State Park where she enjoyed being with nature. She also had a passion for music, including singers like Tony Bennett and Andy Williams. Geri passed on her love of playing the piano to her daughters and grandson. She was very proud to be an American and showed her patriotism. Geri was devoted to her family and loved to spend time with her grandchildren, attending their soccer games and piano recitals.
Geri was the wife of Thomas J. Fox; loving mother of Stacey Imboden (Andy) and Susan Fox; adoring grandmother of Alex and Lauren; also survived by her dog, Daisy.
Services and interment are private.
