Geraldine "Gerrie" Bellam

Geraldine “Gerrie” Bellam (née Keegan) of Chester County, PA passed April 11, 2022.

Born in Patterson, NJ in February 27, 1949, Gerrie was the daughter of the late Francis A. and Josephine A. (née Zurowska) Keegan.

She was the loving mother of Jonathan Bellam and Julia Hodgson (William Jr.); and devoted grandmother of Jacob Bellam and Vivian Hodgson.

Gerrie worked for West Chester University until her retirement in 2010.

She moved to Cape Coral, Florida, where she enjoyed eight glorious years of yard saling, reading, lounging in her pool, and occasional visits from family. She would always make sure to come up to PA to spend time with her children for her favorite holiday, Christmas.

Gerrie was a strong, hard-working and independent woman, who will always be the “Wind beneath our wings”.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Friday April 15, 2022 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, 610-449-0300. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
