Gerard "Jerry" M. Tiedeken

Gerard “Jerry” M. Tiedeken passed away peacefully on December 25, 2024. Beloved son of the late Herbert and Alice (née Sheridan) Tiedeken.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife, A. Jeanne (née Truskey) Tiedeken; children Jennifer Holz (Nick), Kristin Tiedeken, and Eric Tiedeken (Kelly); grandchildren, Nicholas, Gavin, Ella, Alexander, and Jack. He was predeceased by his son Craig Tiedeken.

Jerry served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. He went on to establish the Buttonwood Company, Inc., a commercial painting company that has operated for over 40 years.

Aside from his family, Jerry will leave behind his passion for playing sports, namely tennis and squash, and his appreciation for a good ham and cheese sandwich. Jerry also was a life-long fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, having been a season ticket holder since 1959. 

Family and friends are invited to Jerry’s Visitation at St. Norbert Church, 50 Leopard Road, Paoli, PA on Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by an 11:00 AM Funeral Mass. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
