Gladys Hudson, born on May 30, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA, passed away on February 6, 2022.   Gladys was one of three siblings.  Her sisters, Eveon Baker and Edith Hudson, preceded her in death.

Gladys was educated in the Philadelphia School System.   She worked for General Accident Insurance Company for over thirty years until she retired.

Gladys was the mother of Roger (Skip) Way, whom she loved and cherished.   She took excellent care of him during his illness until his death in 1976.

Gladys loved people and she never met any strangers.  She loved doing crossword puzzles, cryptograms, and watching Jeopardy, Let’s Make A Deal and The Price is Right.

Gladys fought the good fight, finished the race and kept a good measure of Faith.  She is finally at peace and has joined her family that has gone before her to her final resting place.

She leaves to cherish a Special Daughter, Christine Mickens and a host of long time friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Friday, February 18, 2022 10:00-11:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester (cor. Lynn Blvd.) and to her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.  Interment will follow at Montrose Cemetery, 8500 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA.
