Gloria Maria Bonilla-Negron, age 79, of Springfield, PA, passed away on January 26, 2025. Born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, she was the beloved daughter of the late Carmello Bonilla and Esperanza Negron.

Gloria was a beacon of love, unwavering loyalty, and faithfulness that brightened the lives of many. She was a woman of many talents, Gloria found joy in the simple act of nurturing those around her through her culinary skills. She possessed a remarkable ability to convey her affection via her cooking, transforming her kitchen into a haven of warmth and hospitality. Gloria was the loving mother of Grisette Coverdale (Christopher Sr.) and Luis Mateo; caring grandmother of Amelia Sanchez-Mercer, Elena Coverdale, and Christopher Coverdale Jr.; adoring great-grandmother of Tyler, Jaxon, and Asher Mercer; devoted sister of Margarita Bonilla, Benny Bonilla, and the late Domingo Bonilla. 

Family and friends are invited to her Viewing 10:00-11:30 AM on Friday, January 31, 2025 at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Ave, Morton, PA 19070, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Interment Private.
