Gloria R. Scipione (nee Reale), 93, of Westtown, PA and formerly of Havertown, PA passed away on January 18, 2017 at White Horse Village.
Born in 1923, Gloria was the daughter of the late Mary (Sciullo) and Domenick Reale.
She was the beloved wife of the late L. Charles Scipione.
Gloria was the loving mother of Richard Scipione, MD and Adrian Scipione (the late Patricia); loving grandmother of Adrian, Jr. (Alexandra), Nicole Didizian (Haig), Adam Scipione, Leah D'Anastasio and Robert D'Anastasio and 5 great-grandchildren; loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Thomas Reale, Sr. and Marie DeSantis
She was a dedicated wife and mother who loved her family and Schnauzer dogs. She adored children and volunteered as a clown visiting hospitals and schools. She was also a volunteer for many years at the Chester County Library in Exton.
Gloria was an avid reader and writer. She had a green thumb and enjoyed orchids so much, she grew them.
