Born in West Chester, PA on March 5, 1990, he was the beloved son of Roberta A. (Buswell) Wagoner and the late Harvey Wagoner, Sr.
He was a graduate of Downingtown East High School.
Harvey was the loving brother of twin sisters, Amanda and Melissa Wagoner; grandson of Robert Buswell and Denzil and Mary Wagoner; companion of Barbara Hill.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Gathering 5:00-8:00 PM Friday, December 9, 2016 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, 610-269-3080.
