Helen Marie Antonelli (nee Aylmer), 71, of Coatesville and formerly of Broomall, passed away on September 2, 2013.
Born in Philadelphia, in 1942, Helen was the daughter of Helen D. (Rodgers) and James P. Aylmer, both deceased.
She attended Archbishop Prendergast High School in Drexel Hill.
Helen was the beloved wife for 54 years of Richard Antonelli; loving mother of Kimberly Stathes (Garey) Christine Antonelli,and Deborah Smith; devoted grandmother of Nicole, Garey , Alex; Joseph, Melissa, Michele, Debbie, Lauren, and great-grandmother of Alyze, Aryia, Julianna, Elaina and Kevin; dear sister of Barbara Gaffney (Frank) and the late James Aylmer.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Saturday 10:00-10:30 AM and to her Memorial Mass at 10:30 AM at St. Peter's Church, 2835 Manor Road, West Brandywine, PA 19320. Interment at All Souls Cemetery, West Brandywine, PA.
Helen was an avid reader, and maintained a friendship with several girls with whom she went to grade school over all these years.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, Patient Services, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260, Ambler, PA 19002.
