Helen L. Conroy (nee Walsh), 104 years of age, passed away at her home in Devon, PA on October 30, 2015. Born in Wilmington, DE to John and Elizabeth (nee Flanagan) Walsh, Helen, a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Overbrook, was a 1928 graduate of West Catholic Girls High School.
Helen was the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Conroy. She was the loving mother of Edward G. (Eileen) of West Chester, PA, John E. (Patricia) of Ocean View, NJ, Alexander J. (Katie) of West Chester, PA and Robert J. (Midge) of Wayne, PA. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday, November 4, 2015 9:00-10:00 AM and to her Funeral Mass 10:00 AM St. Isaac Jogues Church, 50 West Walker Road, Wayne, PA 19087. Interment Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Helen's memory to West Catholic High School, 4501 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19139.
