Helen Welsh

Helen D. Welsh, 85, of Glenmoore, went home to be with our Lord on February 1, 2017.



Born in Downingtown, in 1931, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Florence (nee Fernald) Welsh. Helen was a member of the Forks of the Brandywine Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Her faith was very important to her. Helen enjoyed bowling and was an avid Phillies fan.



Helen worked for Chemical Leaman Tank Lines as a Keypunch Operator for over 45 years.



Her family would like to thank the staff of Colonial Woods Personal Care Home and Neighborhood Hospice for their special care of Helen.



She is survived by her good friend Linda J. Boyd; predeceased by her cousin Charles E. Fernald, Jr. (Kathleen L. (nee Boyd)).



Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Forks of the Brandywine Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 1648 Horseshoe Pike, Glenmoore, PA 19343 followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Forks of the Brandywine Cemetery.
