Irene T. Deaver

Irene T. Deaver, 90, passed away surrounded by her loving family February 22, 2024. Beloved daughter of the late Robert and Mary (nee Rafferty) Evans.

Irene is survived by her children, Linda Ann Brown (Terrence), Samuel George Deaver, Rosemary Irene McColgan (Peter), and Richard Russell Deaver Sr. (Renee); Grandchildren, Jonathan David Brown, Peter Joseph McColgan (Amanda),  Carly Rose Kearns (Richard), Richard Russel Deaver Jr., Daniel Christopher Deaver (Courtney), Thomas Andrew Deaver, and Kristin Rose Deaver; Great-Grandchildren, Mack Kearns and Lorelei Irene Deaver.  Irene was predeceased by her dear husband George B. Deaver. Irene is also survived by her sister Gloria Hoesch; and predeceased by 11 siblings. 

Irene was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and sister Gloria. Irene spent many summers going to the Jersey shore but had a special love for the Wildwoods.

Relatives and friends are invited to Irene’s Viewing on Wednesday February 28^th, 2024 from 6:00PM TO 9:00PM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA, 610-544-0600. Irene’s Funeral Service will be held Thursday February 29^th, 2024 at 10:00AM at Ridley Park Presbyterian Church, 300 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park, PA, followed by her interment at Arlington Cemetery, 2900 State Road, Drexel Hill, PA.
