Irene M. Greco (nee McRae), age 77, of Havertown, PA, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late William S. and Irene M. (nee Barger) McRae.
Irene was a graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School in Drexel Hill, PA.
She went on to work for Riddle Memorial Hospital as a Medical Heart Technician.
Irene enjoyed spending time at Brigantine Beach, NJ, as well as antique shopping and creating with arts and crafts. She loved her pets and enjoyed going to the dog park with them.
Irene was an avid book reader, loved camping trips, attending church at St. Pius X and Sacred Heart in Manoa and savored every bite of a "Thunderbird Classic Pizza!"
Irene was the beloved wife of the late William S. Greco, Sr.; the loving mother of William S. Greco, Jr. (Liz), Michael J. Greco (Gail), Stephen E. Greco (Desiree) and Thomas A. Greco (Amy); the devoted grandmother of 14 and caring great-grandmother of 5.
She is survived by her siblings, William McRae (Mary), Dorothy Szwec, and brother-in-law, Jim McGrath.
Irene was predeceased by her sister Kathy McGrath and her companion, the late Charles McCabe.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Tuesday evening, July 2, 2019 at 7:00 to 8:45 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA

Interment private.
