JACQUELYN C. FULTON, (nee Lord), of West Chester, PA, passed away on April 6, 2016
Born in Philadelphia in 1964, she was the beloved daughter of Thomas Leo and Mary (Gavin) Lord.
Jacquelyn was the beloved wife of Laurence D. Fulton; loving mother of Brian L. and Rachel L. Fulton; dear sister of Jerry (Rhonda), Mary Carnesi (Mike), Eileen Pierson (John), Thomas Leo (Theresa), Jack (Felicia), Pat (Dawn) and Kevin (Jennifer). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 5:00-8:00 Sunday Eve and 9:00-10:00 AM Monday at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000, followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM SS Philip & James Church, Lancaster Ave & Ship Road, Exton, PA 19341. Interment will be at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260, Ambler, PA 19002.
