James Brickley

James "Jim" P. Brickley, age 80, of Havertown, PA, passed away on January 24, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Mary A. Brickley (nee Sherlock). Loving father of Katherine A. Brickley, Mary Ellen "Mimi" Halligan (Sean), Meg McLaughlin (Bob), James Brickley, Jr., Susan McGinnis (David) and Jeanne Callahan (Kevin). Grandfather of Paige, Kelsey, Davey, Katie, Matthew, Jimmy and Stephen. Brother of David Brickley and the late William and Jack Brickley.



James will be remembered by his generous and humorous personality. James started his professional Real Estate career with Jackson Cross in Philadelphia and later as a tenured Real Estate Specialist for the US Post Office. He was a board member of Llanerch Fire Company and a member of the Lions Club. James enjoyed cooking for his family every Sunday evening and golfing with his closest friends. His family always came first and he took great care of his wife, Mary. James was also a regular day "St. Francis" and fed all of the birds, squirrels and foxes in the neighborhood everyday.
