James Dougherty, Sr.

James M. Dougherty, Sr. "Doc", age 71, of Upper Darby, PA, formerly of Good Shepherd Parish in Southwest Philadelphia, passed away on April 30, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Daniel and Veronica Dougherty (nee Myles).
Doc served in the United States Army and was employed as a Manager with Lockheed-Martin.
He is survived by his beloved wife Kathleen A. "Kathy" Dougherty (nee Sheridan), his loving children Michelle "Missy" Cunningham (Jim) and Jimmy Dougherty, Jr., his grandchildren Jimmy, Ryan and Amanda and his brother John Palmiero.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Saturday, May 7, 2016 10:00-10:50 AM St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA and to his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
