James Anthony Dugan, age 67, of Wallingford, formerly of Upper Darby, passed away on February 21, 2014. Loving father of Joseph Dugan and Meghan Korb (Zach). Grandfather of Kellen and Jude. Brother of Edward Dugan, Margaret Broomall and the late Lawrence Dugan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
