James Gillis

James Andrew Gillis, age 63, a resident of Philadelphia, PA, formerly of Newtown Square, PA, passed away on March 27, 2018.
James was a graduate of Devon Preparatory School, Class of '72 and Villanova University, Class of '81.
He was a licensed plumber and also a trade school educator with Orleans Technical College.
James was the beloved son of the late John Angus and Eleanor R. (nee Ryan) Gillis.
He is survived by his siblings Margaret Gills, Eleanor Gills (Kevin Boyle), Victoria Gillis (Meryl Hall),
Angus Gillis (Joanne), sister-in-law, Ruth Gillis, as well as 8 loving nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
James was predeceased by his brother the late John Gillis.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Thursday, April 5, 2018, 10:00

19073, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
